Résumé

In the play Oedipus at Colonus, Sophocles traces the last days of Oedipus. It also tells of Antigone's childhood, daughter of Oedipus, and star of another iconic play. The play is more philosophical than the other three known Theban plays, dealing with the issue of guilt for crimes committed in ignorance.
