"The project brought together six artists from around Europe engaged in experimental media practice to instigate collaborative and public work in the city of Oslo. Developed in collaboration with Atelier Nord and the Ultima festival, the participating artists sought to use sound as a medium for temporal and social exchange, drawing out its particular ephemeral and mobile dynamic.
