Résumé

By analysis of the effects produced by several novels of Dostoievski, Kafka, Henry Miller, Celine, Beckett, Gunter Grass, Sony Labou Tansi, Gabriel Garcia Marquez and Philip Roth, the author of this study suggests that we can see in thegrotesquean anthropological mechanism which societies elaborate in order to conceive change and otherness.
